Product Return Policy

Only products that are unused, and unopened are able to exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Any product showing signs of damage, usage, or tampering cannot be returned to Kinga’s Organic Medi Spa.

Unopened, unused products can be exchanged within 14 days after purchase only.
Returns are not accepted.

Services

If you have a concern or complaint about a service, please contact us directly.

All Service Sales are final. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/sessions for individual services, service packages or service series. 

Prepaid services - individual or packaged can not be refunded.

Gift Certificates/ Gift Cards

May Be purchased at the spa or online.

  • They may be used for the specified service or towards products and services at the spa.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be redeemed or replaced.

  • Purchased Gift Card do not expire.

  • Promotional gift cards issued for marketing promotions do expire.

  • Promotional gift cards cannot be combined with any discounted services / products or packages.

  • All sales are Final.

  • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash.
